Constitution & Rules

Dear members

The following document is a copy of the proposed constitution that we will be looking for acceptance of at the AGM in June 2025.

This has come about as the Incorporated Societies Act of 1908 has been replaced with the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.

To remain as an Incorporated Society we must re-register and produce a new Constitution that is not repugnant to the Societies Rules and Guidelines.

Any changes from our current Constitution are reflective of changes made in the new Act (2022) and others made by the current Committee.
